Mini Pizza Recipe 🍕
Ingredients
For the Pizza Crust:

Directions
Devilled Chicken:

In a bowl, mix the chicken with turmeric, chili powder, paprika, olive oil, oyster sauce, soy sauce, and salt.

Let it marinate for at least 30 minutes to absorb the flavors. 🕒

In a pan, sauté the onions and ginger-garlic paste with sunflower oil until golden brown.

Add the marinated chicken and cook until fully done. 🍳
Pizza Dough:

In a bowl, mix all the dry ingredients.

Add the warm water and olive oil. Knead the dough for 5–10 minutes until smooth and elastic.

Cover and let the dough rise for 1–2 hours. ⏲️
Assembling the Mini Pizzas:

Preheat your oven to 220°C (428°F) 🔥.

Punch down the risen dough and roll it out.

Cut out circles about 2–3 inches wide and place them on a baking tray. 🍽️

Spread a thin layer of pizza sauce on each circle.

Sprinkle mozzarella and cheddar cheese.

Add the devilled chicken and toppings like bell peppers and olives. 🧀🍅

Bake for about 10 minutes until the crust turns golden and the cheese melts beautifully. ⏳
